My career has been shaped by a strong foundation in human-centered innovation—from Computational Linguistics to market research at Spiegel Institut, multimodal UX design for Audi’s MMI infotainment system, and ultimately to leading UX strategy and design in SAP’s enterprise technology.
As a UX Design Manager, I guide teams, drive UX strategies that align with business goals, and foster a culture of design excellence across the organization. With over a decade of experience in UX research, product design, and leadership, I thrive on solving complex interaction challenges and driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver seamless user experiences.
I believe that UX cannot be just a design function—it must be a strategic pillar of product success, bridging business, technology, and users to create meaningful impact and lasting value.
Outside of Work
I am deeply curious and passionate about learning. Outside of my work in UX, I play the piano, perform in theater and musical productions in German and English, and enjoy rock climbing and backpacking. My love for Asian culture and cuisine has led me to live in Shanghai for a year, and I am currently working on improving both my Japanese language and cooking skills.
